Accuracy Guarantee
We guarantee the accuracy of the calculations performed in our tax software will be free from arithmetic errors. If you receive a notice from the IRS which shows a calculation error in our tax software we will refund the purchase price paid. Please submit your requests via email along with a copy of the IRS notice within 30 days from the date on the IRS notice.

Refund Policy
